That's probably the best mainstream media description of 4-chan I've read. It was surprisingly accurate, though I think the description of /b/ as the place where the Internet goes to vomit after a hard night of drinking to the point of blacking out should be reversed. It's /b/ that vomits bile and occasional comedy gold onto the Internet, not the other way around.
