It happens for the first time in the back of a sports bar they met in, about four hours after they introduced themselves. Casey and Anderson watched football on one of the televisions and made it through four beers each before Casey was sloshed enough to not realize following Anderson into the men's room and kissing him was a bad idea.
There was some familiar yet foreign about Anderson, so Casey kissed him again, trying to piece it together.
One man who had everything he wanted and didn't realize it. Another who had nothing and did know it.
They dated off and on for a few months until Natalie found out, pointed out that Anderson was CNN's golden boy and threatened to tell Danny and Dana if Casey didn't stop. Anderson was very understanding and didn't say goodbye, but a candid, sweet, “see you around.”
Casey was pretty sure he wouldn't.
Stephen/Ten
Ten told him, yes, they could get to Middle Earth. It took three tries- “You're embarrassing me in front of the human,” the Doctor hissed at the errant TARDIS- but they made it there eventually, landing outside the Last Homely House.
They were instantly tugged into the latest conflict, because trouble followed the Doctor like a shadow, and after the evil silversmiths were stopped, Elrond thanked Stephen and the Doctor himself.
Stephen was vibrating with glee as the Doctor dropped him back off, five hours after they'd originally left Earth.
“Pretty good, wouldn't you say?” The Doctor buffed his nails on his coat, not looking at his departing guest.
Stephen replied by kissing the Doctor quickly on the lips and whooping loudly, “I'm the king of the nerds! Wait until Jon hears about this!”
“I could introduce you to Ford Prefect if you like. Save a few more planets. That'll get you even more cred,” the Doctor offered.
Stephen put on his character face. “I'd love to, but I have to get back to saving democracy. Tell those alien planets to convert to capitalism and Christianity- then we'll talk.”
Carson/Rodney
The alien Tarkfjomft required a show of dedication and affection from all their visitors before starting negotiations. John had a cold and Rodney wasn't about to go the usual route, kiss him, and end up with pneumonia and dying. Because he so would.
Carson, sick of Rodney's whinging and seeing the Tarkfjomftians looking tense, leaned over and planted one on Rodney. The negotiations began as Rodney sputtered and pouted.
“Get a razor, Carson.”
“Oh, shut up, Rodney.”
Shawn/Lassiter
Lassiter had been just asking for it when he'd looked over the love letters the dead boyfriend had received and said, “This prose is so purple. How the hell did he kiss this woman?”
Shawn seized the opportunity, waltzing up to Lassiter and grabbing him by the hair. “Probably like this,” Shawn said before demonstrating.
Juliet laughed hard enough that she had to excuse herself for a few minutes and Lassiter made Buzz escort Shawn out of the crime scene, but, from the way Lassiter's ears turned red every time Shawn was around, it was so worth it.
Sam/Josh
“I kissed Sam,” Josh moaned at CJ once he'd shut the door.
“You kissed Sam?”
“I did,” Josh whined.
“Was this...” CJ sat on the corner of her desk near Josh and tapped her fingers together awkwardly. “Was it on purpose?”
Josh looked up at her incredulously. “Did I kiss Sam on purpose? That's what you're asking?”
“You might have made a mistake and-”
“What, I meant to kiss the babe next to him, but I tripped?” Josh's voice jumped an octave higher. “CJ!”
“Okay, not accident. Um. Do you... need anything?”
“Like what?”
CJ turned red. “I don't know. Someone to talk to-”
“I'm talking to you-”
“-or a hug or something-”
“Oh my God,” Josh got up. “I'm going to talk to Leo. Or jump off a bridge."

Favorite part: Josh and CJ, cause..they are Josh and CJ and they make me love them a lot. Sorkin just kicks ass. Now I wanna se the conversation between Josh and Leo.
