Because she got it by less than a percent. She won Pennsylvania and then utterly fumbled Indiana after having a double-digit lead and while Obama was being bombarded over the Wright scandal.

She cannot mathematically get enough elected delegates and she's already hemorrhaging superdelegates.

Ergo, Obama is it.
