Hey, anyone know how to combat medicine-induced nausea? I'm starving and want dinner, but I so have no idea if I can keep it down. I need something. Help, smart FList people?

I am a fan of the sugared ginger for upset stomachs that aren't food related.

Saltine crackers and Mountain Dew.

Awww, feel better!

My mother swears by weak sweet tea, and it actually does seem to help. The key is to use a lot more sugar than normal, and just touch the teabag to your hot water.

There's an accupressure point in the web between your thumb and your first finger. If you push on it with your other thumb and hold it for a while, your nausea should go away.

Worth a shot, right?

What meds are you taking? Try a couple of crackers and some ginger ale, or the BRAT (banana, rice, applesauce, toast).
