FISA is on CSPAN2 now. I just got through to my senator and talked to them about it.

In other news, Russ Feingold is my hero.

All three FISA amendments were shut down. It seems Reed scrambled to get more time though. The final FISA vote will happen 2 PM (EST). There's still time to go yell at your congressfolk about it.

Now I've got a headache.

I called McCaskill and told her we elected her to fight civil injustice, not perpetuate it. And then I called Feingold's office and asked them to pass on my thanks to him.

I need some friggin' aspirin.
