RL updateiness

-I'm watching Red Dwarf. It's rather good.

-my LJ layout still can beat up your LJ layout.

-I deleted more than a hundred vids off my computer. She's very happy with me now.

-I've quit the T2M Clan for personal reasons and feel like a billionaire. *twirls*

-I'm going to Florida on Tuesday. I'll be there for two months. I'm told I'll be busy a lot there, so my fannish and chat presence may suffer a hit. Try to contain your sorrow.

-As I am going to FL, I'm not allowed to watch any new DW. Mom insists. She wants to watch it with me. Goddamnit. *grumbles* I'm gonna be so behind in fandom...

My Summer Hope-To-Do List
~finally do that Firefly vid to "Smugglers' Blues".
~do my two(?) SGA vids, damn it.
~stay on top of the SGA fandom.
~finish the damn 50 Lyric challenge, plzkthx
~use my first paycheck to get SGA swag.
~figure out why the fuck my DVD burner won't burn my Numb3rs episodes to DVD so I can get them out of my hard drive.
~please, please, PLEASE do not alienate the older relatives with my fannish psychopath nature.
~related to the above: try to speak semi-normal English around the relatives. (i.e. don't use the following: meta, fanon, canon, fandom, vidding, fic, slash, het, gen, BNF, 'zohmygod', hell, any Mandarian/Jossian speech, bugger all this for a lark, sod off, you bloody smegger, the suffix '-age', hiding behind the sofa, whiskey tango foxtrot, wtf, etc.)
~convert a few Floridians to fandom.
~learn Esperanto.
~don't colossally fuck up and scare off the relatives forever.
