Because I like being contary, Rodney is Wesley, the scientist who left his trophy wife-to-be to go to some insanely famous observatory for research. John, the fiance who is now being married off to Lizzie until Radek kidnaps him to start a war between planets. Radek's assistants are Ronon (who is trying to find the Wraith that destroyed his world) and Teyla (who tries to keep Ronon from doing stupid things all the time).
