luciazephyr: Book of the Still, the time traveler's lifeline (Default)
Thanks for the router notes from the last post. Mum and I are still not sure which to get (almost because I'm not certain our chronic 404ing is the router's fault and not the ISP's). Trying different things now.

In other news, Google Chrome is a little awesome. I feel like a traitor to the Firefox clan for downloading it, but... it's wicked fast, though it does lack my amazing LJ plug-in client (DeepestSender, try it if you haven't, also good for note-taking if you're like me and instantly forget any idea you don't jot down).

Also, ice tea brewers are awesome. Hello, tall glass of freshly made green tea with honey. 8D

And the epic, untitled Obverse Fitz/Eight fic had reached 15500 words. SO MUCH FOR A PWP. No, I'm simultaneously horrified by the length and kind of thrilled that I've written that much that quickly.

It's my day off today and tomorrow. And I'm no longer working fukken morning shift. It's 80 degrees Fahrenheit in this house, but I have music, green iced tea, a really sweet hat (light grey military cap), and no work to attend to. It's good.

Oh god it's 86 degrees, it's evening, isn't it supposed to get cooler after about 4 PM?

Also, Blip.TV, stop sucking! When it's this fukken hot, I wanna lay down in front of the fan and watch some Atop the Fourth Wall. Stop making this so difficult.

:weeps:
