My god, that was funny. The guy decided to prove the evol of AOL and recorded his phonecall to cancel the service. They obviously train their people very well.

But also, the AOL is an asshole on this. Regardless of how long something has been on, he shouldn't question the guys. Just turn it off!! This is why it's called AOhelL!
