KEITH AS THE WORSE PERSON IN THE WORLD! For going on yet ANOTHER telly show and not mentioning the Dan Patrick Show. Oh my GOD.

Keith looks dead ahead at the camera and says in a completely deadpan voice, "I suck."

Oh my god, that? Is love, ladies and gents. WHY ON FRIDAY!? I wanna hear Dan give Keith crap about this tomorrow! Woe!

See, I was hatin' on Keith for most of the day, because he's a jackass, yet he completely won me over with doing what Dan told him to and most especially the delivery of, "I suck."

Stef was doing that thing where she tells me what's happening on the radio show and Keith started bitching about Andy and his blue, blue eyes again. And this was our official Let's Love On Everybody But Keith in PRT day, and we were still residually angry at the Rolling Stones thing and Keith in general being such a dick and. um. we were feeling the hate a lot?

It comes down to Keith being a dick and making comments about Andy, and Andy is never going to respond to those comments or start randomly attacking Keith, and that just makes Keith a stupid bully, who's jealous of the pretty 39-year-old kid making more money and being more popular. (Even if he sometimes has a point when he rags on Andy's show.)

God, WTF. Keith needs to chill out. I honestly feel like sending him mail, all "I love you, baby, but Anderson Cooper? Please. He's being used by his corporate overlords, yes, but you've got liars and evil bastards to bitch about. Leave the poor boy alone."

You don't think Cooper should do something about his being used by his corporate overlords? I don't think KO was insulting Cooper, but calling him out for lending himself to such use. That is my take on it, of course...
But on the main topic, KO naming himself WPITW was quite awesome.

Oh god, I've defended Keith's comments up and down to the most devout of Anderfans. But the post I did it at is in an exclusive, comepletely flocked community.

I agree with Keith. But I think he's got bigger fish to fry.

Oh sure he does, much bigger fish (I'm hoping he covers the LaVeena Johnson story and the apparent cover-up of her death in Iraq). I don't think KO is going on an O'Reilly-Style crusade against Cooper. There are rumors being floated around, smears mostly, which started when this first happened, which say that the reason KO is "going after" Cooper is because Cooper stole his 360 idea? That KO is jealous of Cooper's money and exposure (he may be jealous of the money, but I don't think he'd want that sort of exposure). Of course, it is conveniently forgotten that KO defended Cooper when FNC had a promo campaign calling him the "Paris Hilton of Cable News." I think this is just a one-off, and who knows, may be these two keep in touch and all is OK.
