Title: Bad Habit

Summary: (Triple-Drabble. Exactly 300 words.) Carson discovers one of Rodney's bad habits.
AN: Erm... *coughs* BasedonadreamIhadnotthatIusuallyhavepr0ndreamsreallyIdon't. *whistles* Anyway, I wanted to rustle Carson's feathers, since he's usually portrayed as such a calm and collected guy. This came to mind.
Carson paused in front of the mirror, towel frozen in mid-air as his eyes focused on his own neck.
Sonovabitch.
Just below his pulse point was a long mark running along his skin, flaring red. He leaned forward, squinting at it. The bastard had left a mark.
He looked out the open door into his bedroom, eyeing the man laying on his bed, lazily sprawled out over the covers, looking amazingly innocent.
"Rodney." he called.
"Hm?"
"Come here."
"Do I have to?"
"Rodney."
With a groan, the Canadian got up, rubbing sleep from his eyes and shuffled over. "What is it?"
Carson glared and pointed to the offending skin. "See for yourself."
Rodney blinked, suddenly more awake, and frowned. He pulled Carson's hand away and leaned his face closer to it. After a flash of recognization crossed his features, he jumped back. "Did... ah... I do that?"
Carson nodded. "Last night, remember?"
Rodney's gaze dropped to the floor, cheeks blazing in embarrassment. "Yeah... I.. erm."
"You bit me."
"It was an accident! And not entirely my fault!"
"How so?"
"You didn't seem too displeased at the time, Carson."
"You... you think that... You moron." Carson turned back to the mirror and prodded the mark. "Is it that obvious?"
The other man tilted his head from side to side, examining the bite. "Should I give you the truth or make you feel better?"
"That bad?"
"I'm really, really, really, sorry, Carson." Rodney apologized again, actually looking sincerely upset.
The doctor bonked his forehead against the mirror loudly, letting out a sound of frustration. He'd been bitten by an astrophysist in the throes of passion. And had a bite mark to prove it. Damnit. "If anyone says anything to me, you'll live to regret it, Rodney McKay."
"...I think it's cute."
"Shut up."
