luciazephyr: Book of the Still, the time traveler's lifeline (Default)
The freakiness of the LOST conspiracy, The Hanzo Foundation, is making me want to flesh out the company and use it in fic. I've never felt such a strong urge to write gen. Seriously, man, the HF could make a twisted mystery fic.

Also, I made about two pages of notes on the fictional, evil Foundation and I had add some psuedo-science and supernatural stuff, mix it up, and have some awesomeness here.

Anyway, it's a great excuse to write Charlie in a ton of danger.

Onto finished projects- I have about three ficlets done for my 50 Lyrics Challenge. I should get around to posting them... *gets on that*

Characters: Charles Eppes and Lawrence Fleinhardt
Prompt: 41. "this is heaven to no one else but me; and I'll defend it as long as I can be"

Author Notes: Just a cute ficlet. Can be taken as friendshipfic of pre-slash. Again, it'd suck without Miriam.

It took only a few months of being around the math department to notice a few things about Professor Eppes. )

Title: Dust to Dust
Fandom: Numb3rs
Characters: Charles Eppes and Lawrence Fleinhardt
Prompt: 3. "a place between sleep and awake; end of innocence, unending masquerade"
Word Count: 1063
Rating: PG
Summary: Firing a gun and being in a shoot-out. Two drastically different things.
Author Notes: Missing scene from ‘Rampage’, dealing with Charlie suddenly being 'okay' with the shooting. Ignores the tesseract scene (as much as that pains me, 'cause I have a kink for tesseracts. *is a Madeline L'Engle fan*). A million thanks to my beta, Miriam.

He hadn't even sat down when the call came. )

He shouldn't have been there, really. )
