EIGHT HAS A NEW OUTFIT OMGAAAAWD

I, for one, welcome Eight's fantastic steampunky outfit and it's awesome new sonic.

For EDA purposes, I will assume he picked this out sometime after the Book that Never WasThe Gallifrey Chronicles after borrowing Fitz's coat and realizing leather is quite warm and comfy.

I bet the satchel is dimensionally transcendental, unlike the coat pockets. He can keep snacks in it to indulge his "almost maternal urge" to feed people. Like, a thermos of tea and a box of biscuits and some apples and pears.

btw, re: the pockets, they aren't bigger on the inside like Ten claims. Every Doctor apparently rips the seams in the lining of their coats to turn the entire coat into a giant pocket to carry stuff in. Eight mentions it becomes a problem when you stuff something in there and it falls around your back so you can't grab it.
