You know, I have a friend at school, Caleb, who thinks that attacking Ferraro for her comments is "disgusting". I told him to watch Keith tonight. I really hope he did.

ETA: omg, Uncle Pat has started a firestorm on Dan's show, TURN IT ON.

ETA2: God, that was awesome. And Dan is slamming Pat. I think someone's a bit upset.

I concur. Keith feels the injustice of racism particularly deeply for a mega-white guy from New York. Perhaps it's his study of baseball and the Negro Leagues that fired his sense of right on this issue. At any rate, he is RIGHT.

As my husband said, after all this nonsense, he can't see how any African-American superdelegate could stomach voting for Mrs. Clinton.

Keith, you are right. Right right totally right. Thank you.

Have you heard the audiobook? He did an entire chapter on racism and it was one of the best things ever. It seems to be one of his hot button issues, the same way veterans' rights are for Rachel, ya know?

I would love to have Keith read to me. Which book is this?
Plus, also speechless from SC. Waiting to watch it again!

There's an audiobook? Oooh. What/where is it? I, too, want to have Keith read to me!

Indeed I have. I think I... acquired it from one of the KO cadre. That chapter actually popped up on my iPod just a few days ago. That's what made me think of it. And when he referenced Al Campanis in last night's SC, I *knew* how strongly he felt about that.

This has nothing to do with the Ferraro issue, but is Best Persons gone for good, now?

I only caught the second half of Dan tonight but cannot wait until tomorrow when I can see the first (hopefully, if the connection in the hospital is better) because oh my fucking god I loved the second half even though the content was dumb as rocks and clearly Dan is way into prostitutes. Or at least talking about them.

Holy mother of GOD that was insane! I was wired for the entire rest of the night, going "Omg, The Dan. Omg, Kelly. Omg, Rachel. OH MY WTF GOD, UNCLE PAT" - every five minutes.

...and also Keith is amazing and I love him. I wanted to mention that, too :)

Yes, exactly! I almost feel bad because I was dancing around the living room, doing the "My Keithie is So Awesome" jig and then Rachel and Dan and Kelly almost stole his thunder! Not cool guys! We haven't had an SC in ages and this one was fantastic. How dare you guys be equally so?
