Tres bitchin'. The ending fucking sucked though. BUT THEY RETCONNED IT RIGHT BEFORE THE END. "lol, [spoiler] may die, BUT WE HAVE OTHERS LIKE HIM SO DON'T WORRY". I laughed so hard. >:3
I don't know how, but the storytelling somehow was worse than in RE4, amirite? YEESH I AT LEAST WANTED A LITTLE CLOSURE. but the sequence with Chris, Sheva, and Wesker inside the plane was pretty damn good, must say.
Also, I totally ran out of ammo during the last leg of the final fight. EAT YOUR HEART OUT LUCY I BEAT WESKER WITH THE KNIFE.
IT WAS, IT REALLY WAS. I may just be bitter that they killed off Wesker, but the ending was all... eeh. "BOOM DE YADA (quick time event to kill Wesker), lalala, fly off into the sunset, life is worth living, lala." After the epic fights with the Excella!Ouroborus and the QTE-crazy plane fight, it was just not the conclusion that was built up so well.
I think I'm gonna do a post with my Thoughts on the game now. I loved it so, regardless.

I know, I finished the second leg of the Wesker fight, totally expecting a third form that never came -__- I was actually half sad, half relieved that the fight wasn't harder, mainly because of the Oh My God What Happened To All My Ammo situation ;__; Boo.
We should start a support group for all people who had to finish the fight with the knife.
No, the jet skiing was better because after the final fight and Ada screwing Leon over, there was that escape sequence. With Wesker, it was BOOM, DEAD, GAME DONE.
Oh, it wasn't that hard. (Then again, I played on Amateur first, just now starting my medium-difficulty level run.)
Hey, did you like Excella or not? I kinda felt sorry for her after what Wesker strung her along and did her in so terribly.
Oh no, I thought it was far easier than RE4 as a whole. I mean, it's not even the fact that you have a partner, but there weren't as many I'm Totally Screwed situations in 5 than 4. Two rail gun guys was fucking brutal, sure, because it's harder to kill them in this one, but there were very few instances where Chris and Sheva were fucking SURROUNDED like Leon was.
I beat it on Normal, setting my sights on Hard now :)
I liekd both Excella and Irving quite a bit, Irving's horrible New York accent aside. Excella had a wonderful swagger about her, but I knew from her first scene that Wesker was just using her. Felt sorry for her, sure, but I won't be forgiving her for that Uroboros fight in the lab, jeez.
