The more I mainline Dead Like Me on Netflix, the fouler my language gets, and as someone raised by a grandmother who was a biker chick, I don't need the help.

Goddamnit, Mason, you curse more than you actually fucking speak. And I love you.

Still hate Daisy though. Her getting religion may be doing the opposite of endearing her to me. I never claimed to be unprejudiced.

Mason is <3

I pretty much felt the same way about Daisy, but she started to grow on me. She does get better as the series goes on.

I have less than five episodes left. When's the growing start?

It's been a while since I haven't seen it in years, but after the painter episode. She definitely wasn't my favorite, but I didn't want to wring her neck near as much afterward.

See, that did a little to help but I still cannot stand her. Maybe because I really, really loved Betty, maybe she just rubs me wrong. I dunno. I usually wish for more Roxy time during Daisy-heavy eps. I love Roxy.

Daisy gets religion? LOL, I guess that doesn't last long, because I don't remember it!

If you read one of the EDAs with Trix in them, you can just pretend she's Trix and it makes her a bit more likable... of course, Trix is sort of an acquired taste herself... and just as soon as you start liking her she gets a totally new personality for no reason... so maybe not.

So far, it seems she has. She steals a cross off a reap and goes a bit Catholic and it varies from episode to episode how serious she is, but lately it seems to be for real.

I'm still on Anji's arc, actually. I almost read "Half-life" due to hearing how fab it was, but as I have no idea who this Trix person is, I stopped reading it ten pages in or so.

Hang on, are you already on Season 2?! :O Or, anyway, ahead of where I am...

And, yeah... I think Trix is pretty cool in "Halflife", but her characterization just wanders all over the map, really... so, yeah. May as well read things in order, anyway -- the beginning of Halflife references the end of the book before it and such.

I'm halfway done with S2, I think.

That's the basic plan. 8D
