holy shit, when did this fic get to be almost 10,000 words?!

This was originally going to be a PWP. WHAT HAPPENED. Why can I never stick to my basic plan when I set out to write fic? The plan was "Obverse fic with sex" and now it's turning into a monster.

oh god I have to go to bed in a half hour, fucking morning shift at work. THIS IS LUCY'S LIFE: work in morning, go home, write fic for hours, go to bed while it is still light out because I have to be up at four AM why god why.

Wednesday, I am going out to find a new job. Fuck 4 AM, I hate it.

Oh, I did worse. I wrote bad Fitz/Eight PWP (well, both chapters got five reviews, which is a lot, relatively speaking, but there are so many mistakes!) and it started growing plot in the middle and now has massive, massive plot and is sprouting subplots at an absurd rate. So now I just have massive writer's block because I don't want to redo what I already wrote, and... oh, God, I dunno, I just have writer's block.

Yet I can't come up with a single proper-Who plot. I don't like the plots in canon much anyway, though.

Sorry I haven't sent feedback on the latest bit. I've read it, but I just haven't found time to write feedback. Tomorrow, honest!

I like the canon plots and I even had an idea for one for a Eleven/Eight crossover fic (which was basically a shameless excuse to get Amy and Fitz to be awesome at each other). But Who plots are fucking hard to actually write, yanno?

That's totally fine! I'm still plugging away at it. Don't feel obligated to be speedyquick. I'm just on a very rare roll and trying to get as much down before I hit a dreaded bout of writer's block. I'm still just so thrilled you're reading it and helping me out.

*pets Lucy* I don't know if it's a good or bad thing that you seem to not be able to write shameless, amoral PWP with those two. But I enjoy a truckload of yummy UST/flirting, so you'll have at least one fan :P

I keep wanting to write a PWP for any pairing since I think it'd be good practice but that never seems to happen. I think the trick is you have to start the shagging in medias res, or else if you're me you'll get bogged down in the "how did we get there" and such.

I hope you'll like it. As much as I whinge because wtf this was supposed to be a fast fic to write, I'm happy with the content itself.
