FEEELINGS: I'm more fond of the fanon Kincaid than the canon Kincaid. A+ immortal troll is hilarious.
Romantic ship: No one. I have problems with immortal characters in 'romantic' situations. It doesn't make too much sense to me. But I like Kincaid/Harry for ill-advised sexy shenanigans.
Platonic OTP: Kincaid/Ivy/Marcone/Harry, Ivy and her very weird father figures. 8D They can all go out for ice cream sometime.
Unpopular opinion: Um. I dunno. None, really?
One wish: Flirt more with everyone, please, Kincaid. I want him to hit on Harry and Harry having confusing squiggly feelings about it.

Marcone please?

FEEEEELINGS: Favorite character. Bar none.
Romantic ship: With Harry, obviously. But I also like Vadderung/Marcone as a complicated mentor/co-conspirator ship. I think Vadderung is aware of Marcone having a big destiny and likes him more than most humans he's met and acts as a sort of patron to Marcone. Same applies when you add Harry into the equation.
Platonic OTP: Hendricks, Gard, and Ivy, definitely.
Unpopular opinion: I portray the whole mafia lord thing as a mask John wears that isn't his real self, and I get the feeling others don't agree with that interpretation. Which is fine by me. I just think Even Hand is heavy on the implication that Marcone is in the process of Becoming the Mask.
One wish: For him to not get shafted by Butcher. Marcone is easily the most interesting character in the series and I simply want him to be done justice.

Thank you! I really love that platonic OTP and want to see more of it (and all the subsets of it). The becoming-the-mask interpretation makes sense to me, and I think Marcone's fairly self-aware about it, too, though not perfectly. (I avoided being sucked in by TVTropes! I feel very proud of myself.) I hadn't thought to worry about him being treated badly in the coming books -- I'd been worrying he just wouldn't appear. Oh, dear.
