I am hoping I luck out and get Tribune Tower, so I can write fic about it here and not have to find a way to work it into MoC. The Tribune Tower as, more importantly, what's embedded inside it-- if Butcher doesn't use this location later in the book, he will have legit lost all my respect. All of it.
